WHERE IS THE UTAH STATE FAIRPARK?

The Utah State Fairpark is located at 155 N 1000 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84116.

HOW DO I GET TO THE EVENT?

The Utah State Fairpark is located at 155 North 1000 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84116. Thanks to our partnership with the Utah Transit Authority (UTA), your Kilby Block Party ticket includes FREE travel with all UTA outlets for Block Party weekend! Present your KBP ticket to ride all UTA Local Bus Routes, TRAX Light Rail Routes, Streetcar Light Rail, FrontRunner Commuter Rail Routes, Express Bus Routes, and Microtransit from May 15-18, 2025. We highly recommend using UTA TRAX’s Green Line train which includes a stop at the Fairpark Station. Information on transit options and routes can be found at rideuta.com.

HOW DO I PARK AT THE EVENT?

The Utah State Fairpark has a very limited number of parking spaces available. 4-Day Parking Passes are available to purchase through the KBP6 ticket link and grant access to the Premium Parking Lot. Single day parking must be purchased day of at the event and is first come, first served until full. The Premium Parking Lot is located on-site at main entrance located at 249 N 1000 W. The Secondary Lot for day-of drivers is located across the street on the south side of the Fairpark located at 1201 W and North Temple. The Secondary Lot is a paid service, first-come-first serve, and has limited spots available. Parking signs and attendants will be present to help guide you to the appropriate location.

IS THERE A BIKE VALET?

Yes! A bike valet will be available at KBP6. More info coming soon.

WHERE IS THE EARLY WRISTBAND PICK-UP EXCHANGE?

Early wristband exchange will happen within the week of the event. More details coming soon.

Single day tickets are on-sale now at a limited quantity. Set times will be released at a later date. Stay tuned!

WILL THERE BE ASL INTERPRETERS PROVIDED FOR THE PERFORMANCES?

Kilby wants all of our patrons to feel welcome and have access to the entertainment that we have scheduled. ASL Interpreters are available by request. The request deadline is March 15, 2025. After purchasing your ticket, please email: accessibility@snspresents.com to make an official request.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS FOR TICKETS?

Yes, 24tix offers Payment Plan options for tickets until March. Select the Payment Plan option when checking out KBP6.

I REPRESENT AN ARTIST. CAN I SUBMIT TO PERFORM AT THE 2025 KILBY BLOCK PARTY?

We are fully booked for the 2025 Kilby Block Party.

IS THIS EVENT ALL AGES?

Yes! Tickets are required for all attendees regardless of age. This includes children and babies in arms.

WILL FOOD, BEVERAGES, AND ALCOHOL BE AVAILABLE AT THIS EVENT?

Yes! KBP6 will host several food trucks, beer & liquor tents, and free water stations for patrons. Patrons are allowed to bring their own empty canteen or water bottles to use at our free water stations.

IS RE-ENTRY ALLOWED FOR KBP6?

Re-Entry is granted for all 4-day pass holders with wristband.

WILL YOU BE PROVIDING STORAGE & CHARGING LOCKERS?

Yes! You can reserve your storage & charging locker as an upgrade when purchasing your ticket. If you already have your ticket but would now like to reserve a locker, please email support@snspresents.com.

DOES KILBY BLOCK PARTY HAVE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES?

WHAT ARE THE VENUE RULES?

  • Tickets are required for all attendees regardless of age. This includes children and babies in arms.

  • If you have any questions about accommodations, please email accessibility@snspresents.com. Our Accessibility Director will get right back to you.

  • Re-Entry is granted for 4-day passes only. Attendees must have their wristband to re-enter and will be subject to security procedures.

  • Kilby Block Party is a cashless event. Only major credit cards & tap-to-pay will be accepted for purchases at the event. Purchases such as, food, beverages, merch, etc.

  • Kilby Block party is not a camping event. Camping is not allowed; this includes the parking lot regardless of purchased parking pass.

  • Kilby Block Party prohibits unauthorized and unlicensed vending, soliciting, performances, handbills, sampling, or giveaways. Patrons engaging in these activities are subject to immediate removal without a refund.

  • Kilby Block Party has a zero-tolerance policy on fighting. This means any form of physical altercation will result in immediately removal without a refund.

  • Kilby Block Party has a zero-tolerance policy on harassment. Any form of harassment will result in immediate removal without a refund. Please seek any staff member if you are experiencing harassment. No always means no.

  • All alcohol purchased at Kilby Block Party is intended for the purchaser or someone of legal age. You may not share any alcohol with a patron that could possibly be under the age of 21 yrs. old. Doing so could result in immediate removal without a refund.

  • For the safety of all patrons at Kilby Block Party, the following is prohibited:

    • Sitting directly in-front of the stages or in the crowd.

    • Moshing

    • Crowd surfing

    • Stage diving

    • Throwing anything at the stage or in the crowd

  • Concerts are held rain or shine.

  • No Refunds or Exchanges. Artists are subject to change. Refunds are not issued based on specific artist cancellations.

  • Security reserves the right to search bags, perform pat-down checks, and refuse/revoke entry at their discretion. These reasons include intoxication, disturbing hygiene, engaging in hate speech, belligerent or noncompliant behavior, acts or threats of violence, disturbing other guests, etc.

  • Kilby Block Party rules are subject to change. Complete rules will be posted at the venue. Failure to follow these rules may result in your removal from the event without a refund.

WHAT IS THE KBP6 BAG POLICY?

  • ALL bags will be searched before entry.

  • The following bags are permitted:

    • Fully CLEAR bags made of plastic, vinyl, or pvc, and no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”

    • Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 6” x 9” or smaller are allowed and do not need to be clear.

    • Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid.

  • Parents attending with children will be allowed to bring in one diaper bag. This bag should be soft-sided and have no locked compartments. The bag will be subject to a respectful security screening and search upon entering the festival. This will be the same procedure for breast pumps. Parents that are bringing in formula or breast milk will be allowed one small, soft-sided cooler no bigger than 12” X 9” X 9”, this cooler will be subject to security screening and search as well. Any parent that is entering with these items, please proceed to the Accessible Lane at the gate, look for the wheelchair symbol. Parents that will need water to mix with powdered formula after entry can go to the Access Center.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO KBP6?

  • Your ID

  • Your ticket/wristband

  • Your credit card or tap-to-pay- Kilby is cashless!

  • Empty plastic or aluminum water bottle

  • Travel sized, non-aerosol sunscreen and hand sanitizer

  • Earplugs

  • Your best dance moves

WHAT ARE THE KBP6 ALLOWED ITEMS?

  • Medically necessary prescription medication, in daily dosage amounts only, in original container with label and matching picture ID (if requested) will be allowed. If you have any specific questions please email: accessibility@snspresents.com

  • Baby strollers that are soft sided - only.

  • Water Bottles must be:

    • Empty

    • Made of plastic or aluminum

    • No glass - no exceptions.

  • Travel sized non-aerosol sunscreen

  • Travel sized non-aerosol hand sanitizer

  • E-Cigs only, additional juice or cartridges will not be allowed.

  • Portable power banks for phones

  • Point & Shoot cameras OR simple cameras with detachable lens shorter than 2 inches

  • Ear plugs

  • Small, handheld battery powered fans

WHAT ARE THE KBP6 PROHIBITED ITEMS?

  • Furniture, chairs, blankets, or tents.

  • Coolers.

  • Animals of any kind. *Kilby Block Party welcomes service animals. Service animals will be subject to a respectful screening and tagging process prior to being allowed into the festival. Please be aware that emotional support/comfort animals are not service animals and will not be allowed into Kilby Block Party for the safety and enjoyment of all fans.   • Outside food or drink.

  • Glass containers of any kind, regardless of size - no exceptions.

  • Professional grade camera equipment:

    • Cameras with detachable lenses longer than 2 inches attachable zoom lenses.

    • Monopods

    • Selfie sticks

    • Go Pro mounts,

    • Attachable flashes

  • Weapons of any kind:, guns, knives, pepper spray

  • Fireworks

  • Explosives

  • Drugs or illicit substances

  • Large signs, banners or flags

  • Laser Pointers

  • Markers, sharpies, chalk, paint pens, or spray paint.

  • Aerosol

  • Glowsticks

  • Roller skates and roller blades- even if you are wearing them.

HOW CAN I REPORT A DAY-OF SECURITY/HARASSMENT ISSUE?

Kilby Block Party understands that fests can be a lot. That is why mental health counselors will be in the Main Medical tent all weekend long.

  • If anyone touches you without your consent or otherwise makes you feel unsafe, we ask that you report it immediately to the Safety and Security team by calling 801-927-0006.
